About this product
A kohl that behaves: soft enough to blend with a fingertip in the first few seconds, then it settles and stops moving.
It also works on the waterline, which is where most pencils give up.
How to apply
Draw close to the lash line and smudge outward immediately with a fingertip or the sponge tip. Sharpen before each use for a harder line.
